Amsterdam was definitely the craziest city I've ever visited...and probably the craziest city in the world, period. Practically everything is legal here, which definitely gives it a liberal and relaxed vibe. Apart from the Red Light District and coffee shops, there really is a charming feel to Amsterdam. (I especially loved all the Vespas on the road). Small boutiques and patisserie shops are hidden among the extremely trafficked streets. Once you find them, you'll fall in love.
